at CDC Building, BHU, Varanasi) is a Health Tech Based Organization, 
connect and fill the communication gap between all the health care 
providers on a single platform, helping healthcare industry act 
differently for better healthcare outcomes. Having more than 40 years of

We are looking for Passionate Candidates who are interested for 
Internship. It will be a great opportunity to enjoy a co-working

The program aims to provide:

1. Planning and designing of hospitals as per regulatory body such as 
NABH, NABL & BARC

2. Experience work Culture at corporate hospital, covering :
- Formation of departmental protocols/SOP’s , Related licenses and NOC’s
- Formation of organization organogram along with job profile

3. Experience Daily operational working in multiple Departments Such As:
- Front office/ May I help you desk
- Customer relationship executive Desk
- Billing And Accounts
- Counsellor Desk
- Floor Administration and Mantainace
- Housekeeping and Cleaning Department
- Inventory and stock Management in Pharmacy and store
- Medical Record Department
- Legal and liaison Department

4. Experience Quality Care in Hospital Such As:
- Sterilization control in Semi/Restricted Zone
- Equipment calibration
- Bio medical waste Management
- Patient Rights and Responsibilities
- Employees rights and responsibilities
- Disaster management (Code Blue, Code Red)

5. Experience managing Committee meeting for
- Ethics Committee
- Quality Control Committee
- Hospital Infection Control Committee
- Employees and patient Grievance Committee
- Sexual Harassment committee

6. Experience of handling marketing and Corporate.
- Profiling of Hospital (Scope of Services, Tariff Charges)
- Empanelment with TPA’s and insurance body
- Sales process to attract new clients and Associates
- How to maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their 
needs
effectively.

7. Office management
- How to schedule and Manage meetings
- How to Research and identify new market opportunities
- Daily reporting & preparing weekly and monthly reports.

8. How to coordinate and work as a team.
- Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.
- Efficiency, smartness in work.

Internship Title:
The position of Intern –Operational Management & Team Coordinator is 
challenging position with a lot of prospects to grow in quick time with 
work is done efficiently. This job requires good management & 
Communication skills.

Venue and Duration

Total Duration: 3 Months (78 days/ 460 hrs training)

Product training & Workshop:  Training at Seminar Hall, Atal Incubation 
Centre, CDC Building, BHU
Onsite field Training: Training at Provided Hospital
